IT'S ALL LATIN TO ME

dimidium facti qui coepit habet: sapere aude, incipe
This phrase can be translated to, who has begun has half done: dare to be wise, begin.
The way I would interpret this is Beginning is usually the hardest thing to do with anything you don't really want to do. So, once you start you have already made progress in your journey and the hardest part is over.
